Founder
Restocked CIC was founded by Rebecca Hill, an upholsterer based in Greater Manchester with a professional background in the waste and recycling sector.
After years of seeing the scale of furniture waste and landfill first-hand, Rebecca set out to create a practical, community-led solution that combines upholstery, reuse, and skills development.
